Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Byte mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Byte is a social audio platform that allows users to create, share, and listen to short audio clips. Users can follow other users, like and comment on clips, and discover content.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of any audio clips, comments, and other content you create and share on the App ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App.

Content Standards

You agree not to post User Content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy
